WEPA Printing Funds & Account Activation
Each semester, students receive a printing credit:

$25 for commuters

$50 for residents
⚠️ Important:
Your semester printing credit will not appear in the WEPA app until you activate it.
How to Activate Your Semester Printing Credit
To activate your printing allocation (to make your funds visible and available), complete one of the following at any WEPA kiosk:
- Swipe your BSU Connect Card, or
- Log in manually using your BSU credentials
- Note: Logging into the WEPA website alone does not activate your semester printing credit. Activation must occur at a WEPA kiosk.
Once your account has been activated, your semester printing balance will appear in the WEPA app and on your WEPA account.

Adding Additional WEPA Funds (After Your Semester Credit Is Used)
When a student’s allocated semester WEPA funds run out, additional funds must be added personally through wepanow.com.

After your semester printing credit has been used, you can add personal funds to your WEPA account through wepanow.com.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit or debit card
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
- Venmo
How to Add Funds
- Go to wepanow.com.
- Sign in using your BSU credentials.
- Select Deposit Funds.
- Choose the amount you want to add (minimum $5).
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Complete the transaction.
The added funds will be available in your WEPA account for future printing
