WEPA Printing Funds & Account Activation

Each semester, students receive a printing credit:

  • $25 for commuters

  • $50 for residents

⚠️ Important:
Your semester printing credit will not appear in the WEPA app until you activate it.

How to Activate Your Semester Printing Credit

To make your funds visible and available:

  • Swipe your BSU Connect Card at any WEPA kiosk, or

  • Manually log in using your BSU credentials at a WEPA kiosk

    • Logging into the WEPA website does not prompt the same activation as swiping at the WEPA kiosk.

Once you’ve done this, your semester balance will appear in the WEPA app.

Adding Additional WEPA Funds (After Your Semester Credit Is Used)

When a student’s allocated semester WEPA funds run out, additional funds must be added personally through wepanow.com.

Payment methods accepted:
Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, or credit/debit cards

Quick Steps to Add Funds

  1. Visit wepanow.com

  2. Log in using your BSU credentials

  3. Select Deposit Funds

  4. Choose the amount to add (minimum $5)

  5. Select a payment method

  6. Submit
