COST: Refund for a defective printout

WEPA Printing Refund Policy and Procedure

Bridgewater State University (BSU) is unable to issue refunds for print jobs sent through the WEPA printing system, including defective printouts or accidental prints.

If you experience a defective print, you may request a refund directly from WEPA Technical Support.
