These instructions apply to Zoom meetings recorded to the cloud, not those recorded locally to your computer.

When Will My Zoom Recording Be Available?
After ending your Zoom meeting and stopping the recording:

Your recording begins processing and uploading to Zoom’s Cloud Storage.

Processing time may take up to twice the meeting length.
→ For example, a 1-hour meeting could take 2 hours to process.

High traffic volumes (e.g., during midterms or finals) may extend processing time.
How Will I Know My Recording Is Ready?
You’ll receive an email from Zoom when the recording is processed and available.

How to Access Cloud Recordings via Zoom Portal

Open a browser and go to: https://bridgew.zoom.us

Sign in with your BSU credentials.

In the left-hand menu, click Recordings.

Confirm you are on the Cloud Recordings tab (not Local Recordings).

Your recordings should appear in the list.

Use the From/To calendar filters to narrow your search by date.
Accessing Cloud Recordings from Blackboard
Faculty can also view cloud recordings directly within their course:

Go to your Blackboard course.

Click the Zoom Tool Link.

Select the Cloud Recordings tab.

Click the title of the recording you'd like to access.
❗ Note: If you don’t see your recording, check your email for confirmation from Zoom. It may still be processing based on the length of the recording.
