This issue is caused by trying to create a new PEOPLE ADMIN account on the BSU Jobs website when there is already one created for the same Bear/Banner ID.
Instructions on how to resolve this issue can be found below:
- Log out of the account you were using to apply & log in with the original account you created.
- If you do not remember the password to this account, you can reset your password at:
https://jobs.bridgew.edu/user/forgot
- If you don't remember your original username, you can email Tiffany Valente at t1valente@bridgew.edu. You will need to include your Bear ID and the login username you used when you received the error message.
