These items appear My Work > My Assignments
- Non-parent tasks which are less than 100% complete and assigned to the user
- Issues that are Open or In Process and assigned to the user
- Tickets which do not have a closed status and for which the user is responsible
- Ticket tasks which are less than 100% complete and assigned to the user
These items appear in My Work > My Work
- The items that the user has specifically chosen to add to their work and are not yet complete and are not Waiting. There are no date restrictions on what appears in these lists. When any of these items are marked as 100% complete or closed, the items are removed from My Assignments and My Work.
These items are pre-filled into the Time & Expense timecard
- Tasks which the user is assigned to whose dates are between the time report period dates
- Active workspaces which the user is a part of. This allows quickly entering workspace-level time.
- Items which already have time associated with them
These items are pre-filled into the My Work > My Time Card page
- Items which the user has added to their My Work list which are not complete. Items will only show up if their project/ticket has at least one time account on it.
- Active workspaces which the user is a part of. This allows quickly entering workspace-level time.
- Items which already have time associated with them.
Knowing all of this, users can still enter time against completed items as long as their timesheet is not submitted.
The time sheets only prevent time entry when they are submitted.
