Printer Update

Bay Copy/Ubeo has replaced all of BSU's printer fleet over winter break.  In order to install the new drivers for them, each printer that's not working will need to be removed and re-added to your PC.  If you see "Needs new Driver," please follow the removal instructions below and then install the new printer.

To remove printers that no longer work:

1. Click on the Start Menu and click on Settings, or click into the Search, type in printers and click on Printers and Scanners under Best Match, and this menu will appear.

2. Click on the printer that's not working, and click on Remove near the top right corner of that window.
