Bay Copy/Ubeo has replaced all of BSU's printer fleet over winter break. In order to install the new drivers for them, each printer that's not working will need to be removed and re-added to your PC.
Step 1
To remove printers that no longer work:
1. Click on the Start Menu and click on Settings, or click into the Search, type in printers and click on Printers and Scanners under Best Match, and this menu will appear.
2. Click on the printer that's not working, and click on Remove near the top right corner of that window.
Step 2
To re-add the printer with the new drivers:
1. In the Windows Search in the bottom left corner of the screen, type in \\printserv and press enter, and it should now display the list of available printers.
3. Find and double click on your desired printer and you will see these two pop up windows. Please click on Yes when when Printer driver software installation window appears.
Your printer has been remapped with updated drivers and is now available for use.
