My BSU is your personalized campus dashboard. It brings together your most-used tools. Classes, email, registration, financial information, advising, and announcements located in one place so you can get things done quickly.

How to Sign In
- Open your browser and go to mybsu.bridgew.edu
- Sign in with your campus email address and password if prompted
- Complete MFA if prompted
- You’ll land on your personalized dashboard
Tip: Bookmark the page for fast access.
Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard is made up of cards — small tiles that show information or link to tools.
Common cards include:
- Courses
- Email & Calendar
- Financial Aid
- Holds & To‑Dos
- Advising
- Announcements
You can:
- Drag cards to reorder, except the locked cards
- Add/remove cards from the View all Cards tab on the far right
- Bookmark cards you want to always be on your home screen, using the book mark feature in top right
- Use the search bar to find tools quickly
(Some cards are required based on your role.)
Using Cards
Information Cards
Show live updates such as holds, deadlines, or course details.
Action Cards
Take you directly to systems like registration, Degree Works, or Blackboard.
Notifications & Alerts
Experience displays:
- Holds
- Deadlines
- Campus announcements
- Role‑specific reminders
Click any alert to view details or take action.
Mobile Access
Experience works on phones and tablets.
Add it to your home screen for an app‑like shortcut.
Troubleshooting
If something isn’t loading:
- Refresh the page
- Sign out and back in
- Try a different browser
- Clear your browser cache
If a card is missing:
- Check the Main Menu
- Click on Show All Cards
- Use the search bar
- Some cards appear only for certain roles
Best Practices
Students
- Check your dashboard daily
- Keep important cards at the top
- Watch for holds and deadlines
Faculty/Staff
- Pin grading, advising, HR, and finance cards
- Review announcements regularly
- Watch for policy changes, system outages, or registration reminders
