The Master Calendar is available for all BSU students, staff and faculty to use for university communications and is a public, web-based event calendar system. Users (except calendar managers) do not require a login to view or submit an event. Events approved and added to the Master Calendar populate BridgeNet, student portal, BSU mobile app and bridgew.edu website.
Event Submission
Any faculty, staff and students may submit an event for inclusion online. Further instructions on event submission can be found at Master Calendar Submit Event.
All events posted must pertain to university business. When submitting an event for inclusion, the customer should select the calendar that most closely matches thier event's intended purpose and audience. Events may be submitted up to a year in advance.
Event Approval/ Editing
All submitted events are approved before they are made live and public on the website. Approval is handled through several separate calendar managers who manage each of their respective calendars. Additionally, only the calendar managers can edit their respective calendars and make changes to events. A list of the calendars and the respective managers information can be found at BSU Calendars and Managers.
All inquiries regarding approvals or edits to calendar events must go to the respective calendar manager.
