Summary

Effects of Lost or Replaced Connect Cards on Wepa student when printing at a WEPa Kiosk Printing

Body

If you lose your BSU connect card, you must request a new one from Parking and Connect Card Services.

While you wait for your new card to be activated, you can still print by using one of the following print release methods:

  • Log into the kiosk by typing in your BSU credentials
  • Typing in the WEPA release code that is provided when sending documents to the print queue
  • Using the NFC technology

When you get a new connect card, your card numbers will be updated in our system in approximately 24 hours. WEPA is sent an automated connect card list ONCE per day. In the meantime, you can use the release methods mentioned above.

If your connect card does not work after two days, you can tag your card manually by:

  • Logging into the kiosk manually
  • Tap the menu button (3 lines at  the top right of the screen after login)
  • Select 'Manage Tags'
  • Select 'Add tag'
  • Insert connect card when prompted to tag the card
  • Sign out and test that the tag worked
