Troubleshooting Login Issues with BSU Account

Some items to check:

• Confirm you are using your full BSU email address and you are logging into http://email.bridgew.edu/ 
• Clear to clear your browser cache or try a different browser or use an incognito / private browser window.
• Try resetting your password using the Password Reset Portal https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

Please note BSU accounts will unlock after 5 minutes if wrong password has been entered too many times
