How to Access On-Campus Programs, Files and Folders from Off-Campus

Summary

Information on accessing files from off-campus.

Body

On-Campus programs, files, and folders can be accessed off-campus by logging into Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD).

Employees can access network folders, such as the G Drive, as well as WebHost folders and files using the Windows WVD service.

WVD provides BSU students, faculty, and staff access to all applications and network drives currently available on the BSU image. This means you can use all software and data accessible from a computer located in the BSU Open Access Labs from anyplace, at any time with your BSU credentials.
