Cisco Secure Client Installation Guide

Note – Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required. Windows RT not supported.
 

This guide will walk you through the steps for downloading, installing, and logging into the Cisco Secure Client application.

1. If you have never accessed the VPN or have not received approval from your manager please start with this KB article.  Otherwise continue to step #2.
    
2. Go to https://connect.bridgew.edu/download
    
3. Log in with your BSU username (the section of your email address to the left of the @ symbol; for example - t3rebello) and password

3. Download, install, and launch the Cisco Secure Client (if you want help on this step, select the instructions button [highlighted in green below] for guidance)
    

4. Type in connect.bridgew.edu

5. Login with your BSU credentials (full email address and password) once more (for example - t3rebello@bridgew.edu)
