Costs of Living On-Campus
In addition to the housing charges noted in the chart below, each resident is billed by semester for their room as well as a ResNet fee, Resident Student Fee, Laundry Fee and Building Maintenance and a meal plan.

Housing Deposit (non-refundable): $250 (This is a prepayment that secures space in housing & applied towards that semester's room cost)

Standard rooms include individual rooms designated as double, triple and 4-person rooms. 
All fees, room cost, and meal plan charges will be applied to the student fee bill managed by the Student Accounts Office.
