FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 

Q: Who do I call in the event of a critical work order that is considered an emergency?
A: Between 7:30 AM and 11 PM, please call (508) 531-1296. After 11 PM, please call the BSU Police Department at (508) 531-1212.

Q: How long does it take for a work order to be completed?
A: An average work order for students takes 24-48 hours to complete depending on workload and staffing. In requesting keys, time is critical at the beginning of a semester and the opening of a new building makes for large volume and delays in processing. It is important to remember that Customer Service receives numerous work orders each day, and that they are prioritized. 

Q: I saw a leaking faucet. How do I know if it has been reported? 
A: Call (508)-531-1296 and report it. If a work order was initiated already for the same leak, we will not duplicate it. 

Q: I am a resident student. Who do I get to handle any Facilities-related problems I am having in my room?
A: Submit a work order by going to the SchoolDude website. The password is gobears.
