If you do not have an extension assigned to your account you can send us a message to request a new phone extension.
New Extension Request
In rare instances a phone number that used to belong to an employee that has moved on from BSU will be reallocated to another employee. Sometimes that number is still being heavily called by previous contacts causing a disruption in work for the new person that has been assigned that number. In those cases you can email us to request extension reassignment.
