How to Map via Hostname/IP
1. In the Windows search bar type in Printers and Scanners and hit enter, you will be directed to the Settings page for printers
2. Click the blue Add device button and select the drop down menu for Show printers and scanners associated with my… then select USB or Network
3. You will see a list of printers pop up, scroll to the bottom of the list and select the blue Add a new device manually option
4. Select the option Add a printer using an IP address or hostname and click Next, then in the proceeding window keep the device type as IPP Device and input the printers Hostname into the empty box and once again select Next. 5. After the device connects you will see a message that is has been successfully added.
