Zoom AI Companion features may automatically start when you host a meeting. Follow the steps below to opt out and prevent Zoom from automatically capturing transcriptions or summaries.

Go to bridgew.zoom.us in your web browser and sign in using your BSU credentials.

In the left navigation menu, click Settings.

Select the Zoom AI tab along the top of the settings page.

Scroll down to the Meeting section.

Under Meeting Summary with AI, check or uncheck Auto-start when meeting starts according to your preference.
