InfoBear full functionality is available to all registered students, faculty, and staff. Anyone accessing Infobear must have an active BSU account.
If you are a new or returning student who has committed to BSU and indicated your intent to enroll, you can access InfoBear using your new BSU username and password (BSU usernames and email accounts are automatically generated for students who have submitted a deposit and intend to enroll) with the Single Sign On (SSO) option.

If you are a faculty or staff member, you should also log into InfoBear via Single Sign On (SSO). The SSO login page for Infobear is https://sso.bridgew.edu/ssomanager/saml/login?relayState=/c/auth/SSB
We have removed the ability to log into Infobear using Banner ID and PIN and now everyone must log in with single sign on.
If you are getting a SAML error when connecting to InfoBear (but can access your BSU email) try one of the following:
Option 1 (preferred): Clear your cache and cookies
Option 2: Log in to Infobear using an Incognito or Private window
Option 3: Delete site-specific data (instructions based on Chrome, but should be similar for other browsers)
- Go into Settings
- Select Privacy and Security from left frame
- Select Third-party cookies in main area of window
- Select See all site data and permissions (about mid-way down, kind of hidden in plain site)
- Use search box at top right to find infobear (you may need to expand the bridgew.edu listing)
- Delete all data associated with the site by clicking the trash can next to the item
- Refresh your Infobear page to try again
If you're having difficulty accessing your BSU email in addition to having trouble logging in to InfoBear, you may need to reset your password.
