How to Clear a Browser's Cache

In order to view recent changes to a website or resolve page loading issues, you may need to clear your browser's cache. Some generic instructions are below.

  1. To access your browser's cache settings, simultaneously press the Control, Shift, and Delete keys (CTRL+Shift+Del).
  2. The above function will bring up your browser's Clear Browsing history screen. Check the settings you wish to clear  ("cookies" and/or other temporary internet files is usually sufficient.)  Note: Each browser has slightly different settings/wording.
  3. Select Delete or Clear.  This process may take several minutes.
  4. Close all browser windows and re-open the browser.
