To sign in to Xfinity On Campus (XOC) on a Roku or Amazon Fire TV Stick:
- Download the Xfinity Stream app from the Roku Channel Store or Amazon Fire TV Appstore.
- Open the app. It will display an activation code and prompt you to visit Xfinity.com/Authorize on a phone or computer.
- Enter the activation code shown on your TV.
- Select “Xfinity On Campus Students Sign in Here.”
- Important: Do not enter your BSU credentials in the standard Xfinity Sign In box. It will not accept them.
- Search for and select Bridgewater State University.
- Sign in with your BSU credentials.
- After authentication, your Roku or Fire TV Stick should automatically log in and display the Xfinity Stream home screen.
Roku users: Xfinity Stream is not supported on every Roku model, particularly some older devices. You can check your Roku model against Xfinity's supported-device information before troubleshooting further.
