Error: While trying to access MyBSU you receives this error message.

Fix:
- Navigate to BridgeNet and select “BSU BridgeNet (Intranet)”

- After login, In the top right corner click your initials in the circle and then select “View Account’. You will be redirected to your accounts page

- From the account page select the “Security Info” option and you will be redirected again to a page requesting MFA authentication


- Proceed with MFA Authentication. After you have successfully authenticated, close the current browsing window and navigate back to MyBSU. You should now have access.
