Adobe Sign is a system to capture legally binding signatures electronically on digital forms sent directly to participants or through the use of web-based forms that people can submit as needed, without paper and without the time often needed to capture "wet" (ink) signatures from all necessary parties.
Requests for access to Adobe Sign can be submitted by completing the form linked here.
Because of the cost associated with Adobe Sign, for needs that are more informal or do not need to be legally binding, consider using Microsoft Forms or "fill and sign" Adobe Acrobat Reader based forms.
