MFA: How to Update Multi-factor Authentication Method with a Temporary Access Pass (TAP)

When you lose your phone or purchase a new one, a BSU support team member may give you a temporary access pass (TAP) to bypass multi-factor authentication (MFA) so you can temporarily access your account without a phone.  Once you have signed in successfully, you should immediate update your MFA method in order to access your account in the future.

1. Go to https://aka.ms/mysecurityinfo from a device other than your phone

2. Sign in to your account using the TAP token given to you
