The University's IT Security systems are designed to detect and prevent malicious activity on BSU user accounts, which is critical to maintaining a secure computing environment for the campus community. Due to the nature of international travel, there is an exceedingly rare chance that your account might be mistakenly flagged for malicious activity which could lead to a service interruption.
Although service interruptions are resolved quickly, you can help the IT Division expedite the resolution of any potential issues and avoid any inconvenience during your travels. To assist in troubleshooting, we kindly request that you consider notifying the IT Division by emailing itsupport@bridgew.edu.
