The Registrar’s Office at Bridgewater State University has transferred the process of credential printing from a manual in-house operation to an automated off-site venture by partnering with Virginia-based vendor, Paradigm.
Paradigm’s Integrated Experience (PIE) is a comprehensive credential solutions platform that provides a structure of integrated products and services including:
- Traditionally Printed Credentials (Diplomas (Graduate and Undergraduate) and Certificates, including Inserts if applicable, and Mailers),
- DirectShip (Feature whereby Paradigm ships credentials directly to learners, both domestically and internationally)
- MyPassPort (Free, web-based, flexible platform through which the Registrar’s Office submits online orders for credentials), and
- My ReOrder (Module through which alumni can request replacement diplomas and certificates directly online; Paradigm handles all payments).
These products complement the CeCredential digital diploma product, which was implemented through Project ID 400900.
All credentials are verified and ordered by the Assistant Registrar, Graduation and Records.
Diplomas that are returned to the University from Paradigm due to incorrect shipping address provided, or no address provided, will be managed by the Assistant Registrar, Graduation and Records, who will ensure that undergraduate awards are processed through the Registrar’s Office and that graduate awards are forwarded to the Assistant Director of Graduate Student Services, Graduate Studies (Lauren Lamothe) for appropriate handling through Graduate Studies.
For questions or concerns regarding electronic or printed credentials (Diplomas and Certificates [Graduate and Undergraduate]), please contact the Registrar’s Office at degree_audit@bridgew.edu or the Assistant Registrar-Graduation and Records (Sarah Sharkey, 508.531.2501).
