Sometimes when you install a printer it says installed even though it is not listed under "Printers and Scanners"
To fix this issue please follow the below instructions:
1. Using the Windows Search Bar in the bottom right please type in and navigate to “Bluetooth and other Devices”.
2. Next you will see a section labeled “Other Device” you should see the printer listed here, click the drop down arrow on the right and select “remove”.
3. After the device is removed, please restart the computer.
4. Once the device has been rebooted and comes back online go ahead and re-add the printer, please be aware that while the device is being added you will see it saying “Connecting” for a few minutes, please do not click off the settings page until you see the device listed as “Ready”.
