If you forget your Bear (also known as Banner) ID and/or PIN, you can look them up using your BSU user name and password with the Banner ID/PIN Lookup Tool.
Visit the Banner Self-Service portal Log in with your BSU Username (everything before the @ sign) and password.
The Banner ID and Pin will be displayed
