Install Microsoft Teams for Windows

Please note that Teams comes preinstalled on all BSU owned PCs and Macs.  These instructions are for personal devices.

  1. Go to https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads
  2. Click on Download the new Teams app under Teams for Work or School
  3. The Teams installation file will download. When it finishes, go to File Explorer and double click the Teams.exe file
  4. The Teams installation wizard will load and install the program. If you are asked for administrator privileges, a tech will need to come out and install the program. Please contact the IT Service Center.
  5. If it installs correctly, run Teams and log in using your BSU Email Address and Password to access the program.
