- Click on the tile entitled Calls. It has a picture of a telephone handset.
- Under the Calls, click on the fourth option on the right entitled Voicemail
- In the larger reading pane under Voicemail, you will see your voicemails listed most recent first.
- Click on the voicemail that you want to listen to; a window will pop up
- Transcription of the message takes up most of the right side of the window.
- There will also be a blue button with a white triangular shape laying on its side. Click on that button and you will hear your message through whatever speakers are available to your computer system.
- There is also a drop-down where you can change the speed for the reading of the message.
NOTE: You cannot play a message from your computer over your desk phone. To listen to a message over your smartphone. Simply do the same process above in the Teams App on your smartphone.
