Using Your BSU Connect Card
- Upload your document(s) to your WEPA account.
- At any WEPA kiosk, swipe your BSU Connect Card using the card reader.
- Select the document(s) you want to print. The cost of each print job will be displayed.
- Select the WEPA Account button to continue. This screen also displays your remaining WEPA account balance.
Using a WEPA Release Code
Each document uploaded to the WEPA cloud is assigned a unique WEPA Release Code. Each release code can be used to print one print job.
- Upload your document(s) to your WEPA account by logging in at wepanow.com. Your unique WEPA Release Code will be displayed after the upload is complete.
- At the WEPA kiosk, select Don't Have a Campus Card? Tap Here.
- Select I Have a WEPA Code.
- Enter your WEPA Release Code.
- Tap Submit to release and print your document.
Using Your BSU Credentials
- Upload your document(s) to your WEPA account.
- At the WEPA kiosk, select Don't Have a Campus Card? Tap Here.

- Select WEPA Account Login

- Sign in using your BSU username and password.

- Tap Submit
- Select the document(s) you want to print. The cost of your print job will be displayed.
- Tap WEPA Account button to print the documents. This button also shows you the total cost of your current print job
Printing from your Cloud Account at the Kiosk

Link Your Cloud Account (One-Time Setup)
- Log in to WEPANow.com.
- If you are not automatically taken to the cloud account page, select Cloud Links.
- Select Link Account next to the cloud storage service you want to use (such as Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.).
- Sign in using your cloud account credentials to authorize the connection.
Print from Your Cloud Account at a WEPA Kiosk
- Sign in to the WEPA kiosk using your BSU Connect Card or BSU credentials.
- Select the cloud storage service you want to print from. If you previously linked your account, you will already be signed in.
- Browse to and select the document you want to print.
- Review your print settings, if prompted.
- Select Print to release your document.
Printing from USB Drive
Note: Print jobs submitted from a USB drive are limited to 20 MB per file. To print larger files, submit your document from a computer using the WEPA print drivers.
- Sign in to the WEPA kiosk using your BSU Connect Card or BSU credentials.
- Select USB Drive on the right side of the kiosk screen.
- Insert your USB drive.
- Select the document(s) you want to print.
- Choose your print settings, including:
- Color or Black & White
- Single-sided or Double-sided
- Select Done.
- Review your print job, then select Print at the bottom of the screen.
- Select WEPA Account to complete your payment. This screen also displays your remaining WEPA account balance.
- Your document(s) will be released and printed.
