If you lose your BSU Connect Card, request a replacement from Parking and Connect Card Services.
While you are waiting for your new card to be activated, you can still release your print jobs by using any of the following methods:
- Log in to the WEPA kiosk with your BSU username and password.
- Enter the WEPA release code that was provided when you sent your document to the print queue.
- Use NFC (Near Field Communication), if available on your device.
After Receiving Your New Connect Card
It can take up to 24 hours for your new Connect Card to be recognized by WEPA. WEPA receives an updated list of BSU Connect Cards once per day. During this time, continue using one of the alternative sign-in methods listed above.
If Your New Card Still Doesn't Work
If your new Connect Card still cannot be used after 48 hours, you can manually link (tag) your card to your WEPA account:
- Log in to the WEPA kiosk using your BSU credentials.
- Tap the menu (three lines) in the upper-right corner.
- Select Manage Tags.
- Select Add Tag.
- When prompted, tap or insert your BSU Connect Card to link it.
- Sign out, then test your card by signing in again.
