BSU WEPA Acceptable Use Policy

The purpose of this policy is to ensure the ethical and responsible use of Bridgewater State University's WEPA printing services. All BSU students are expected to read, understand, and comply with the following guidelines.


Academic Use Only

  • WEPA printers are intended for academic-related printing only.

Non-Academic Printing

  • Printing for personal use, student organizations, or on-campus or off-campus employment is not permitted.

Copyright Compliance

  • Printing copyrighted materials in violation of copyright law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, textbooks, books, journal articles, sheet music, and artwork.

Authorized Use

  • Students are responsible for their own WEPA accounts and must not allow others to use their printing privileges.

Policy Enforcement

  • If ResNet determines that a student has violated this policy, the student's WEPA printing privileges may be suspended or revoked.

Questions regarding this policy or its interpretation should be directed to the ResNet Director.

If you have questions about this policy, please submit a support ticket using the ticket type ResNet / WEPA PRINTING. A member of the ResNet staff will review your request and respond accordingly.
