How to Release your document at a WEPA Kiosk

Using BSU Connect Card

  1. Upload your documents to the WEPA cloud 
  2. Swipe your BSU connect card in the card reader of the WEPA kiosk
  3. Select which documents you would like to print - the cost of your print job is also shown at this step
  4. Select WEPA Account button to continue. This button also shows you how much money is left in your WEPA print account

Using WEPA Release Code

Each document sent to the WEPA cloud has a unique print release code. One code prints one print job.

  1. Upload your documents to the WEPA cloud by logging in at wepanow.com (Your WEPA release code is shown once you upload your document)
  2. At the WEPA kiosk, select Don’t have a campus card? Tap Here.
  3. Select I have a WEPA Code
  4. Type in the WEPA release code
  5. Tap Submit and your document will now print

Using BSU Credentials

  1. Print/Upload your documents to the WEPA cloud 
  2. At the WEPA kiosk, select Don’t have a campus card? Tap Here.
  3. Select WEPA Account Login
  4. Type in your BSU username and password
  5. Tap Submit
  6. Select the documents you would like to print
  7. Tap WEPA Account button to print the documents. This button also shows you the total cost of your current print job

Printing from your Cloud Account at the Kiosk

  1. Link your Cloud account to your WEPANOW account (from a computer)
    1. Log into WEPANOW.com
    2. If you are not brought to the page with the cloud account options, select Cloud Links
    3. Select Link Account of the cloud account you would like to link and use
    4. Sign in with your cloud account credentials
  2. Sign into the WEPA kiosk (whether with your connect card or BSU credentials)
  3. Tap the cloud account you would like to print from (it will already be signed in from your WEPANow account)
  4. Select the document you would like to print

Printing from USB Device

Please Note: There is a file size limit of 20 mb for print jobs using this method. Print from a computer with WEPA Drivers installed instead to print larger files. 

  1. At the WEPA kiosk log into the WEPA kiosk (whether with your connect card or BSU credentials)
  2. Select USB Drive on the right side of the kiosk
  3. Insert your USB drive
  4. Select the documents you would like to print
  5. Select the setting of the document (color/black and white/single or double sided)
  6. Click Done
  7. When you are satisfied with your selections, click Print at the bottom of the screen to print your documents
  8. Select WEPA (which shows your remaining print account balance) and your documents should print
