Personal Voicemails
Email
Voicemails are automatically delivered to your Outlook inbox with the subject line "Voice Mail". There will be an attachment that can be opened and played on the computer.
Teams App
Users can go to the the calls tab in Teams and click on Voicemails. The voicemails will be listed on the top of the history tab
Teams Phone
On the bottom right of the screen click on "Voicemail".
Department Voicemails
Department Voicemails can only be retrieved via email. Department voicemails are delivered to a department mail account. If a user does not have access to the department mailbox they will need to request this from our CSS team by emailing ITSupport@bridgew.edu.
