WEPA Printing with a Lost or New BSU Connect Card

If you lose your BSU Connect Card, you must request a replacement from Parking and Connect Card Services.

While waiting for your new card to be activated, you can still print using one of these methods:

  • Log in to the kiosk by typing in your BSU credentials
  • Enter the WEPA release code provided when you send documents to the print queue
  • Use the NFC technology

Once you receive your new Connect Card, it may take up to 24 hours for your card number to be updated in our system. WEPA receives an updated Connect Card list once per day. Until then, please continue using the methods above.

After two days, if your BSU Connect card still does not work, you can tag your card manually by:

  • Logging into the kiosk manually
  • Tap the menu button (3 lines at  the top right of the screen after login)
  • Select 'Manage Tags'
  • Select 'Add tag'
  • Insert connect card when prompted to tag the card
  • Sign out and test that the tag worked
