Note – Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required. Windows RT not supported.
This guide will walk you through the steps for downloading, installing, and logging into the Cisco Secure Client application.
- If you have never accessed the VPN or have not received approval from your manager please start with this KB article. Otherwise continue to step #2.
- Go to https://connect.bridgew.edu/download
- Log in with your BSU username (the section of your email address to the left of the @ symbol; for example - t3rebello) and password

- Download, install, and launch the Cisco Secure Client (if you want help on this step, select the instructions button [highlighted in green below] for guidance)

- Type in connect.bridgew.edu

- Login with your BSU credentials (full email address and password) once more (for example - t3rebello@bridgew.edu)
