Vendors will need to download the Microsoft Authenticator App and sign in with their BSU account before starting the below process.
1. Install Microsoft Authenticator
2. His the "+" in the top right and select "Work or school account"
3. Sign in with the BSU account.
This guide will walk you through the steps for downloading, installing, and logging into the Cisco Secure Client application.
- If you have never accessed the VPN or have not received approval from your manager please start with this KB article. Otherwise continue to step #2. If you are a vendor for BSU you may start at step #2
- Go to https://connect.bridgew.edu/download
- Log in with your BSU username (the section of your email address to the left of the @ symbol; for example - t3rebello) and password

- Download, install, and launch the Cisco Secure Client (if you want help on this step, select the instructions button [highlighted in green below] for guidance)

- Type in connect.bridgew.edu

- Login with your BSU credentials (full email address and password) once more (for example - t3rebello@bridgew.edu)

6. If your account was not previously enrolled in MFA follow the on screen instructions.
