If your account is configured for multi-factor authentication (MFA) and you have a new phone, you may or may not have to do anything depending on the applicable scenario below. These scenarios assume you still have the old device with you to help transition to the new device.
If you no longer have the old device with you, please contact the IT Service Center at (508) 531-2555 or email itsupport@bridgew.edu. An administrator needs to reset your MFA and revoke any saved MFA sessions on your account. After that, the system will guide you to re-configure MFA the next time you sign in to your account.

Go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup and update your new number accordingly

4. New phone, new number, using Microsoft Authenticator app as MFA method
