Use this service when you would like to request research into additional functionality, data, database codes, and/or upgrade possibilities within an existing Bridgewater State University application or business system.
Administrative Systems staff will begin implementation of your request for Application Research, Support, and/or Upgrade in a test environment first when possible.
Communication with data stewards, the requestor, and the Banner Technical Committee (BTC) may be required prior to implementation in production.
