What WEPA Kiosks Are Available?

Before heading to a WEPA kiosk, you can check the real-time status of all BSU WEPA printers.

  1. Visit the BSU WEPA Print Status page.Visit the BSU page.
  2. Locate the kiosk you plan to use.
  3. Check its current status:
  • 🟢 Green – Ready to print
  • 🟡 Yellow – May require service (printing may still be available)
  • 🔴 Red – Out of service

If a Kiosk Is Unavailable

  • If your preferred kiosk is unavailable, use the Map feature on the WEPA kiosk home screen to view nearby printer locations and find an alternative kiosk.
