No. If a WEPA printer jams, the student will not be charged for the pages that did not print.
WEPA automatically detects printer issues, such as paper jams, and does not deduct funds for incomplete print jobs.
Students can review their print history and account balance at wepanow.com or in the WEPA app to confirm that no charge was applied.
