  • Logged into the app using your BSU credentials
  • NFC enabled on your mobile device
  • Your document(s) uploaded to your WEPA print queue

WEPA Express allows touch-free document release.

It is essential to have the Wepa mobile app on your phone, which is available for both Android and iOS devices,

Following the successful installation and log-in:

7. The kiosk should log you into your account and start printing your documents automatically*

If you enabled WEPA Express Printing in Step 3, your selected document(s) will begin printing automatically. Otherwise, you will simply be signed in and taken to your print queue, where you can manually release your print jobs.
*(Documents print automatically only if you selected to use WEPA Express printing in step 4 - otherwise it will just take you to your print queue)

NFC Tips

  • iPhone: The NFC antenna is located near the top of the device.
  • Android: The NFC antenna is typically located near the center of the device.
  • Remove or avoid anything that blocks the NFC signal, such as:
    • Magnetic phone cases or accessories
    • Pop sockets or thick phone grips that prevent the phone from getting close enough to the kiosk
  • If NFC does not work on the first attempt, slightly adjust the position of your phone and try again.
