If you have multiple Zoom accounts, such as a professional and a personal account, you can use the following steps to easily switch between the accounts:
- Open the Zoom desktop application
- In the top right corner, click on the profile icon that should either show your initials or your selected avatar. The menu that opens will show you what profile you currently have logged in.
- If you need to switch accounts, navigate to the bottom of the same menu and select “switch accounts”
- Enter your alternate account information and select “sign in”.
Note: if you are attempting to log in with your BSU Site License, you will need to select the “Sign in with SSO” button on the right hand side of the login menu and follow the prompts to log in via Office365.
