During TTC Virtual Office Hours, one person (usually a graduate assistant) will file tickets for each user who came to office hours for assistance.
- Sign into Team Dynamix and click the IT Tickets tab.
- Click +New and scroll to the bottom of the drop down menu.
- Click on TTC Virtual Office Hours.

- The sections Form, Type, Title, and Description will automatically be filled in.
- Fill in who requested the ticket under Requestor.
- Uncheck "Notify Requestor" because this ticket should be completed during the office hour.
NOTE: If issues are not resolved during office hour and need additional follow up, a different ticket will be filed by the person Responsible.
- If this does not auto-fill their account/department, please add that.

- Uncheck "Notify Responsible" under Responsible.
- Click Save at the top left of the window.
