TTC ADMINS: Entering TTC Virtual Office Hour IT Tickets in Team Dynamix

During TTC Virtual Office Hours, one person (usually a graduate assistant) will file tickets for each user who came to office hours for assistance.

  1. Sign into Team Dynamix and click the IT Tickets tab. 
  2. Click +New and scroll to the bottom of the drop down menu.
  3. Click on TTC Virtual Office Hours.


     
  4. The sections Form, Type, Title, and Description will automatically be filled in. 
  5. Fill in who requested the ticket under Requestor.
    1. Uncheck "Notify Requestor" because this ticket should be completed during the office hour. 
      NOTE: If issues are not resolved during office hour and need additional follow up, a different ticket will be filed by the person Responsible.
    2. If this does not auto-fill their account/department, please add that. 


       
  6. Uncheck "Notify Responsible" under Responsible.
  7. Click Save at the top left of the window.
