Wireless Network: Connecting a Mac

  1. Select BSU_Wireless from the list of available wireless networks.
  2. Make sure to carefully read any dialog boxes that come up! You may get a dialog box that looks like you need to put your BSU Username and Password in but it is really for your Mac (computer) User name and Password. If you tunsuccessfully ry to login too many times, the computer may lock out the settings menu and prevent you from completing the setup. 
  3. Enter your Mac User and Password if prompted. 
  4. Enter the BSU Username and Password when prompted. Your username is the part of your email address before the @.  For example, if your email address is j1doe@student.bridgew.edu then your username is j1doe. 
  5. Accept the certificate warning if prompted.​
  6. Save your credentials to the Keychain if desired
  7. Your Mac will now connect to BSU_Wireless
