In order to reset or change your BSU password, please follow the these instructions:
Go to
passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
Enter your
Full BSU Email Address
and
complete the security check by
entering the characters in the picture or words from the audio
Click
Next
Select
which verification method you would like to use. The options are based on the information provided during initial setup.
Follow the on screen instructions and enter the verification information.
Click
Next
Enter a new, unique password
that meets these
complexity requirements:
At least eight characters long
Does not include your account name
Does not match any of your
previous 4 passwords
Contains
at least
3 of the following:
One uppercase letter
One lowercase letter
One number (0 through 9)
One special character (! @ # $)
The password will be reset and the system will display a confirmation message. You can now use this new password.
