Add Generic Shared Mailbox to Outlook Mobile

To set up a department, generic or shared mailbox on a mobile device, you will need the following:

• Permissions on your BSU Account to access that mailbox
• The Outlook Mobile App from the Google Play or Apple App Store

After you have all these things, please follow the instructions on the Microsoft Support Website to set up the additional mailbox:
