If you are using Zoom for a special event, contact University Events at 508.531.6139 or UniversityEvents@bridgew.edu to request support for your event. Be sure to provide them with at least two weeks notice.
Be advised that you can host upwards of 300 users via Zoom and 1000 users via Microsoft Teams with our basic campus licenses.
IT can provide you with a "large meeting space" Zoom add-in that would allow 500. If that is needed, send a request to itsupport@bridgew.edu.
