Students may encounter this error when using Safari v.14 to enter Zoom meetings via the Zoom LTI tool in Blackboard. It is the result of Blackboard SSO (Single Sign-On) credentials not being successfully passed along to Zoom.
To allow credentials to pass, go to the Preferences control panel in Safari.
Under the Privacy tab, un-check the “Prevent cross-site tracking” option.
